This is a totally transparent skin.  It is useful to use as a control panel in Xmod, OWS, etc. solutions.  You can place icons in the tab headers and when users click on an icon the content just "appears" below the "control panel". It is based on the core Simple skin. All borders and backgrounds were left in the skin so it is easy to add borders/backgrounds to certain parts of the skin if you need to. This skin includes top, bottom, left, and right skins. There is no picture of the skin - it is a transparent skin!
