Richard is one of the few, great Dotnetnuke developers, that knows what client support is all about!

I posted a concern about a compatibility issue between the Accordion tabs and another developer’s module on a forum, other than the DNN Stuff forum, and Richard cares so much about client satisfaction, that he went out of his way to contact me, to see how he could be of service - Wow!

Truly unheard of is the support and understanding that Richard displayed while helping me to figure out a work around, so that I could continue to use his fantastic product!
